1. Chief Agronomist
- No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
- Initial Pay: Rs.1,44,200-2,18,200/- (Level 14 in Pay Matrix, 7th Pay).
- Age: The upper age limit is 63 years as on last date of submission.
2. Professor & equivalent
- No. of vacancy: 04 (Four)
- Initial Pay: Rs.1,44,200-2,18,200/- (Level 14 in Pay Matrix, 7th Pay).
- Age: The upper age limit is 63 years as on last date of submission.
3. Associate Professor
- No. of vacancy: 12 (Twelve)
- Initial Pay: Rs.1,31,200-2,17,100/- (Level 13A in Pay Matrix, 7th Pay).
- Age: The upper age limit is 47 years as on January 01.01.2023. However, there is no upper age limit for in service candidates.
4. Associate Professor & equivalent
- No. of vacancy: 03 (Three)
- Initial Pay: Rs.1,31,200-2,17,100/- (Level 13A in Pay Matrix, 7th Pay).
- Age: The upper age limit is 47 years as on January 01.01.2023. However, there is no upper age limit for in service candidates.
5. Assistant Professor & equivalent
- No. of vacancy: 07 (One)
- Initial Pay: Rs.57,700-1,82,400/- (Level 10 in Pay Matrix, 7th Pay).
- Age: The upper age limit is 38 years as on last date of submission of application.

Application Fee of AAU Teacher Vacancy
(i) Application fee is to be deposited on online mode only. The prescribed fee is Rs.500/- in case of general candidates and Rs.250/- in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates.
(ii) In-service candidates shall have to submit NOC from their parent Department/ Organization.
