Qualification & Age Limit

Public Prosecutor	21 to 38 years as on 01.01.23.	Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in law. Must have practiced as a regular advocate for not less than 8 (eight) years.
Special Public Prosecutor		Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in law. Must have practiced as a regular advocate for not less than 7 (seven) years.
