1. Branch Head
- No. of Position: 80 (Eighty)
- Location: The selected candidates posting shall be across North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time.
- Qualification: Full Time Graduate in any discipline

Job Description:
- Ensure overall branch profitability and performance against defined financial metrics in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Ensure proper distribution of functional responsibilities with clear allocation of authority to Branch employees keeping in view their abilities, performance and past experience, work load etc.
- Manage Public Relations & liaison with authorities for day to day branch working and reporting.
- Oversee maintenance of overall branch ambience as per Head Office/ Zonal Office guidelines.
- Ensure that the Bank’s policies, guidelines as well as systems & procedures are followed at the Branch.
- Monitor, control & minimize all types of expenses in the Branch such as telephone, consumption of stationery, computer consumables, electricity and other overheads without sacrificing quality.
- Develop and lead sales, marketing and business development plan for branch.
- Ensure implementation of growth strategies to generate sales across all products including loans, current and savings accounts, term deposits and third party products
- Develop the business prospects in the branch vicinity by scouting for avenues to expand advances portfolio qualitatively & quantitatively.
- Develop strategies for growth for the Branch including customer relationship measures, campaigns and local advertising.
- Build and leverage networks both externally (with customers, potential customers, banking professionals, subject matter experts etc.) and internally (with Bank personnel across departments and zones).
- Liaison with local authorities, government departments, Asset and Liability clients, MSME clients, high net worth individuals etc.

Job Description:
- Co-develop the business plan for the branch in alignment with overall business strategy.
- Devise the operations plan for the branch including single window operations, administration, infrastructure, facilities, security and day to day operations management.
- Act as the deputy branch manager in the absence of the incumbent.
- Service branch walk-ins as well as key clients for sourcing deposits, loans, fee products etc.
- Manage key branch activities like stationery, cash management, etc.
- Be the authorizer where necessary for branch processes and activities as applicable.
- Manage of BTL activities at a branch in coordination with BH and Sales officers.

Job Description:
- Identification, orientation and growth of lending bodies and their evolution towards sustainability.
- Supervise and guide the groups formed.
- Extensive field visit/door to door visit to see the effective utilization of loans.
- Responsible for disbursement and repayment of loans from the borrowers and submission of regular reports to Reporting Head.
- Collection of loan instalments at the center and issue of money receipt to the clients.
- Handhold and nurture the groups (both SHG/ JLG) developed by you for loan purposes so that they become convergent with financial literacy. You shall be responsible for looking after the welfare of around 1200 or more clients on an average. You shall also be responsible for instilling financial discipline amongst our clients so that loan recovery comes on time.
5. Zonal Head (A Zone Comprises Of 3-4 Clusters)
- No. of Position: 10 (Ten)
- Location: The selected candidates posting shall be across North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time.
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in banking with at least 3 years as a Cluster/Zonal/Area/Region Head or equivalent in other Banks. Shall be responsible for looking after a minimum of 20 Bank branch offices and approximately 200 staff members. Shall be responsible for overall business growth (both Asset and Liability), Recovery & NPA Management as well as People Management.
Job Description:
- Co-develop the overall Branch Banking strategy in line with the corporate strategy to ensure alignment to specific nuances of the zonal area in collaboration with Business Head.
- Develop the zonal strategy in line with overall branch banking strategy ensuring optimum customization and alignment to specific zonal (regional) requirements.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of branch banking policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of Branches activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers at the zonal level.
- Oversee the consolidation and recommend the Zonal budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential areas of cost reduction or performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.
- Manage overall zone operations, responsible for achieving the overall zone level business plans.
- Maintain and leverage relationships with clients and source new clients.
- Assume responsibility for overall risk management and audit assistance at zone level.
- Ensure overall growth, revenue & profitability of the Retail (including Microfinance) and Agri. banking product portfolio for the zone.
- Responsible for support in product development, policy, systems and processes, marketing and driving sales of all Retail Asset and Liability (including Microfinance) and Agri. business in the Bank for the particular zone.
- Provide inputs to products team in identification of new product requirements as per business plans and market intelligence for the particular zone.
- Ensure penetration of new and innovative asset & liability products in new customer segments while consolidating the existing customer base for the particular zone.
- Track product performance of all new products and recommend modifications (if required) based on feedback received from various internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop the business strategy for the zone in consultation with Head-Assets and Head-Liability and Business Head incorporating inputs from the branch managers.
- Oversee all operational activities including branch network covering all branches and customer service points of the zone.
- Ensure successful service delivery and end-to-end customer satisfaction for zonal business operations.
- Oversee operations pertaining to assets and liabilities such as disbursals, account opening, customer communication and dispatch, customer servicing operations, collateral administration, etc. for the particular zone.
- Liaise with local authorities, government departments, Asset and Liability clients, MSME clients, high net worth individuals etc. for the particular zone.
- Work closely with MSME and Institutional banking teams to ensure functional objectives and provide oversight to the zonal team for the same.
- Supervise the implementation of agreed SLAs for assets and liabilities such as lead generation, customer servicing, anti-attrition, etc. for the zone; take corrective action where necessary.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with sales team across branches under the zonal jurisdiction to supervise performance against targets.
- Identify and mitigate risks in identified processes and operational activities for the zone.
- Review and recommend modifications to the Bank’s Retail (including Microfinance) and Agri. credit policy and process as per requirements of the zone.
- Oversee analysis of credit data to determine risk involved in extending credit in collaboration with credit and credit risk team for the particular zone.
- Support the growth in asset portfolios in a prudent manner and enhance sales to good accounts.
6. Cluster Business Manager (A Cluster Comprises Of 6-8 Branches)
- No. of Position: 15 (Fifteen)
- Location: The selected candidates posting shall be across North East States and as deemed fit by Management from time to time.
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/branch operations. Should possess excellent knowledge of banking products & processes with team handling experience.
Job Description:
- Managing cluster profitability, achieving the cluster sales targets, ensuring high quality service and customer relationship management. Ensure compliance with banking rules, regulations and procedures.
- Own all cluster banking objectives and overall branch supervision.
- Ensure achievement of overall branch targets by generating business and cross sales. Responsible for maintaining of PAR and NPA within the prescribed limits and take measure for reduction of PAR and NPA accounts/ amount.
- Responsible to manage Branches and drive client acquisition target both assets and liabilities. Achievement of Incremental Current, Savings and Term Deposits Accounts and Value targets, Incremental Loan Portfolio both in Micro Assets and Retails Assets.
- Key customer relationship management and supervision of all high net worth customers. Ensure all components of branch sale model function as per design.
- Complaints handling. Review cluster operations report, Branch merchandising & Co-ordination with marketing at product level.
- Ensuring that the financials of the branches are under control and branches adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) norms at all times Network Expansion.
- Opening of new branch in new territory. Identifying premises and co-ordination with Infra Team for new locations.
- Branch Visits and Customer Visits Achievement of Business targets.
- Ensure that the utilization check for end use of the loan products has been done on time. Leadership in promoting the one bank objectives.
- Communication of Senior management directives down the line. Preference will be on leadership quality in leading a team of 75-100 staff members
