Fishery Development Officer Nagaon cum Chairman of the selection committee
invites Expression of Interest (EOI) in Sealed Quotation affixing no
refundable Court Fee Stamp of Rs.8.25 (Rupees Eight & Twenty Five Paisa)
only from the interested Agencies/Firm within 1.30 PM of 20.12.2019 positively
who are providing online/offline recruitment and assessment service to Assam
Government Department etc. for recruitment of the following posts.

The scale of Pay: Pay
Band-2 of Rs.14,000/- 49,000/- + GP of Rs.6,200/- per month plus other allowances
as admissible as per rules.
The Agency should be able to conduct
recruitment exercise with desirable attributes of maintaining confidentiality
of the process besides maintaining delivery time frame Pre and Post examination
activities in consultation with the concerned department authority scrutiny of
applications digitize providing list of eligible and in-eligible candidates
(showing reason for non-eligibility), Admit Card generation and sending of Call
Letters to eligible candidates, setting and printing of Question Paper and OMR,
Answer Scripts Venues Selection and holding of written examination (all charges
including invigilator charge etc.) transportation cost to the venue for holding of
written examination OMR scanning and evaluation, merit list generation, conduct
of computer skill test as per the decision of the selection committee
submission of result sheer to the Department concerned for further necessary steps
as per provision of Assam Establishment (Ministerial) Service (Amendment) Rules
2016.
The details of the expression of interest
(EOI) can be obtained/Collected from the office of the District Fisheries
Development Officer Nagaon personally during the office hours till 20.12.2019
up to 1.30 PM and will have to submit the same on or before 2.30 PM of the same
day at the EoI Dropped Box particularly to be kept for the purpose in the
office of the undersigned in case such date happens to be a holiday for any the reason the activity will be held on the immediate next working date at the same
time and place A Firm/Agency/Company can submit only one EoI and otherwise will
be rejected.
