The High Court of Meghalaya (HCM), Shillong has released an official advertisement for the recruitment of 03 vacancies for the posts of Stenographer Grade-I, Stenographer Grade-II, and Computer Operator (CO). Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online from 16th June to 15th July 2025 through the official website of the Meghalaya High Court.

Application Fee
➧Rs. 400/- for General candidates and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST candidates.
Salary
➧Stenographer (Grade-I): Rs.49000/-, Level-16. ➧Stenographer (Grade-II): Rs.37800/-, Level-11. ➧Computer Operator: Rs.28400/-, Level-7.
Age Limit
➧Candidates must be 18–32 years (General) or 18–37 years (SC/ST). Age calculated as on the application date.

Qualification
➧Stenographer:  Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with a diploma in English Stenography. Minimum shorthand speed: 120 wpm, typing speed: 50 wpm on computer. ➧Computer Operator:  Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with a Diploma/Certificate in Computers.
