Guideline for Making Online
Application
SEBA Online has
developed an online portal for collecting information on choice for Scooty to
be distributed among with meritorious Girl Students who have secured 60% and
above in Higher Secondary Examination 2020 under ASHEC under Pragyan Bharati
Scheme of Government of Assam.
The
Guidelines to operate the Portal are as follows:-
(i) The website may be visited directly on http://sebaonline.org/choiceofscooty.
(ii) Students have to login to the system using their Roll No. as User
ID and Registration No. as password.
(iii) The details of the students like
Candidate Name, Father’s Name, District, Institution Name where studies last,
Total Marks will be available from the result data.
(iv) There will be two types of Scooty:-
1. Electrically
Operated
2. Petrol
Operated
And the students
have to mark their choice of variant within 10 days of publish.
(v) Students have to provide their Address for communication along
with Mobile No. and email id (if available).
(vi) On submitting the request online, student will get an acknowledgement
slip for the same.
Instructions to the applicants:
1. Step 1: Log in to the portal using your Roll
No. and Registration No.
2. Step 2: Select the VARIANT of the scooty
(Petrol or Electrical)
3. Step 3: Fill up the contact details.
5. Step 4: Download and take a print out of the
Acknowledgement Receipt and keep it for future reference.
6. Note: This portal will remain open till 25th of
August 2020. If any student does not mark her selection about the
variant of the scooty within the time frame then her selection will be
considered for Petrol variant automatically.
