Qualification: Candidates applying for
the post must be a Master Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Geography
and Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognized University or
Institution.
Pay Matrix: Rs.56,100-1,77,500/-
plus other allowances.
Age limit of APPSC Itanagar Recruitment
•A
candidate shall not be less than 18 years and not more than 32 years of age as
on 24.10.2020. However, the upper age limit is relaxable to 5 years for APSC
candidate and another 5 years for APST candidates who are A.P. State regular
Govt. Employees.
•The
date of birth accepted by the Commission shall be that which is entered in
Matriculation/High School Leaving Certificate or Higher Secondary School
Leaving Certificate or a Certificate recognized by an Indian University as equivalent
to Matriculation or an extract from a register of Matriculates maintained by a
University, which extract must be certified by the competent authority of the
University or in the Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination certificate.
•No
other document relating to age like horoscope, affidavits, birth extract from
Municipal Corporation, Registrar Economics and Statistics and Service Records
shall be accepted.
Method of Selection of APPSC Itanagar Recruitment
•The
eligible candidate will have to appear in written examination in the following
subjects followed by Viva-voce/Interview to be conducted by the Arunachal
Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar on the basis of which selection
will be finalized.
(i) Compulsory paper

(ii) One Optional subject
consisting of two papers of 100 marks each from any of the subject i.e.
Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Mathematics & Geography

The candidate
is to choose any one of the subjects from the followings:-

•A
candidate who has secured a minimum of 33% or more marks in each written
examination papers and has secured 45% of marks out of aggregate total marks in
the written examination papers shall be eligible for Interview/Viva-voce. In
other words, selection for viva-voce test shall be based on the aggregate total
marks secured in the written examination papers and subject to ratio of 1:3.
The candidates securing less than 33% of marks in any of the written
examination paper shall not be eligible for appearing in the viva-voce.
Examination Fee of APPSC Itanagar Recruitment
Candidates
are required to pay fee of Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred fifty) only for APST
candidates and Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred) only for General candidates
through online mode only.

online only through website www.appsc.gov.in. Brief instruction for filling up
of online application is available on the above mentioned website. Scanned
copies of following documents and information are to be attached/uploaded.
(i) Scanned
signature of the candidate on white paper with black ink pen (size 20 kb to 60
kb).
(ii) Recent passport
size photograph (size 40 kb to 100 kb).
