Eligibility Criteria for SSA Assam
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum one-year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability.
- Must possess a valid RCI CRR number.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Government Organization or NGO working in the field of disability, SSA or DPEP.
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- One-year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability.
- Must possess a valid RCI CRR number.
- Experience in a Government Organization or NGO working in disability, SSA or DPEP is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Special B.Ed. or a one-year Diploma in Special Education in any disability category recognized by RCI.
- Must possess a valid RCI CRR number.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Government Organization or NGO working in disability, SSA or DPEP.
Preference: The notification provides preference to eligible female candidates with disabilities, siblings of persons with disabilities, or persons having a child with a disability, subject to the conditions specified in the advertisement. Relevant experience is also preferred for AARP posts.
Age Limit
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 62 years as on 1 January 2026. The age will be calculated based on the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Board or Council. No other document will be accepted in lieu of the specified documents.
