Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs)
No. of posts: 08 (Eight)
Who may apply?
(1) Teachers (including retired teachers),
(2) Retired Govt. servants and senior citizens,
(3) M.S.W student and teachers,
(4) Anganwari Workers,
(5) Doctors & Physician,
(6) Students & Law students (till they enroll as lawyers),
(7) Members of non-political,
(8) Service oriented NGOs and Clubs,
(9) Members of Women Neighborhood groups, Maithri Sanghams and others self Help groups including marginalized/vulnerable groups,
(10) Educated prisoners with good behavior, serving long term sentences in prisons,
(11) Any other persons above the age of 21 years having matriculation degree, and having fluency in languages i.e. Bengali, English, Hindi & Kokborok.
Honorarium: Rs.500/- (Five hundred) per day in a month.
How to Apply for DLSA Dhalai?
Application in prescribed format addressed to the District Secretary, DLSA, Dhalai, Ambassa along with self-attested copies of relevant certificates & testimonial, 3 (three) recent self-attested passport size coloured photograph should reach the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Dhalai on or before 21.02.2025. Applications may be submitted by hand on all working days between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm./or should reach to the office of the undersigned BY POST on or before last date of receiving application.
