Graduate Degree in Management in HR/MBA (HR)/M.Com (HR) from a recognized
University/Institute having at least 5 years of relevant experience in
social/community development sector.
•Remuneration: Rs.45,000/- monthly

2. State Mission Manager (SI/SD)

Graduate Degree or equivalent in Social work/Rural Development/Social

5+ years of experience in marginalized sector/community development sector at
the managerial post.
