DME Assam Recruitment 2024

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam has released an official advertisement notification for the recruitment of 2047 Grade III (Technical & Non-Technical) and Grade IV vacancies in different Medical Colleges and Hospitals of the State under the establishment of the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam.

The online application process has been reopened to fill up vacancies of different Grade-III (technical) posts in different medical colleges and hospitals, as well as dental colleges, nursing colleges, paramedical institutes, etc. of the state, under the establishment of the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam.

The online application form shall be available from 29.11.2024 to 09.12.2024 till 11:59 PM. Candidates who had already applied for various Grade-III (technical) posts via advertisement No. DME/Recruitment/23/2023/20331, Dated: 01.02.2023, and No. DME/Recruitment/23/2023/2295, Dated: 17.08.2024, need not apply again.

1. Post Name: Grade-III (Technical)

No. of vacancy: 1070 nos.
Qualification: Check the official advertisement details.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 60,500, GP: Check official advertisement details.

2. Post Name: Grade-III (Non-Technical)

No. of vacancy: 320 nos.
Qualification: Check the official advertisement details.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 60,500, GP: Check official advertisement details.

3. Post Name: Grade-IV

No. of vacancy: 657 nos.
Qualification: Candidates must be Class VIII passed from any recognized institute.
Pay Scale: Rs.12,000/- to Rs.52,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/-

Other Criteria of DME Recruitment

Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Age Limit: Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on the last date of receipt of application. Relaxation age limit is as mentioned below -

# OBC/MOBC: 3 years
# ST/SC: 5 years
# PwD: 10 years

Employment Exchange Registration (EER): Candidates must be registered in any of the Employment Exchanges of Assam.
