➧Inspector/Junior Engineer: Rs.350/- ➧Draughtsman/Accounts Assistant: 320/- ➧Half the rate for SC/ST who are permanent residents of the State of Meghalaya.

Qualification

1. Inspector of Legal Metrology

Essential: B.Sc. in Physics as one of the subjects. Or B.E./B.Tech in any discipline. (a) Must be able to speck one of the languages of the State. (b) Must be physically and mentally fit.

2. Junior Engineer Grade-I (Civil)

Essential: Minimum 3 (Three) years Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government recognized Institutions.

3. Draughtsman Grade-II/Surveyor Grade-II

Essential: (i) Diploma holder in Civil Engineering/Draughtsman/Surveyor from any recognized institution. (ii) Must undergo the physical and medical test as prescribed by Appointing Authority.

4. Accounts Assistant

Essential: HSSLC or equivalent examination from any recognized Board/University.
