National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), New Delhi has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 78 posts of Scientific Assistant vacancy. All the details related to the NIELIT Recruitment 2025 are given below.

Scientific Assistant
No. of posts: 78 [UR: 13, EWS: 20, SC: 16, ST: 03 & OBC: 26]
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in any one.
Scale of Pay: Level-6, Rs.35400-112400/-.
Age limit: Upto 30 years as on closing date. Age relaxation: (i) Upto 05 years in case of SC/ST candidates for the posts reserved for them. (ii) Upto 03 years in case of OBC (Non-Creamy Layer (NCL)) candidates for the posts reserved for them. (iii) Upto 10 years for PwBD (15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC candidates). (iv) For ex-servicemen, as per rules.
Application Fee
➧The applicants shall pay the Application Fee as indicated in the Table below through online payment mode via application software only: -
# SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates: Rs.0.00/-.
# General and all others: Rs.800/-.
➧The processing charges towards remittance of Application Fee and service tax, if any, will have to be borne by the candidate. Fee through any other mode like Demand Draft, Pay Order, Cheque or Challan will not be accepted.
