1. Post Name: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

No. of post: 01 (One)

Department: Computer Science & Engineering

Essential: (i) B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering with a First Class Degree; (ii) M.E./ M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering with a First Class Degree; and (iii) GATE qualified.

Desirable: Expertise and strong interests in natural language processing, deep learning, and Python programming.

Salary: Rs. 31000/- per month.

Age limit: Below 28 years

2. Post Name: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

No. of post: 01 (One)

Department: Civil Engineering

Essential: M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in civil engineering from a recognized university in addition, GATE qualification is mandatory.

Desirable: Master Degree in Structural Engineering/Structural Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering/ Water Resource Engineering. (Knowledge of ABAQUS software is preferred.).

Salary: Rs. 31000/- per month.

Department: Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering

Essential: B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/EE/EIE/relevant area with GATE qualification. Non-GATE candidates are also encouraged to apply. 

Desirable: Knowledge in the fields of semiconductor devices, nano/microelectronics, thin film deposition, device fabrication, electrical characterization, and TCAD simulation.

Department: Mechanical Engineering

Essential: M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering (Renewable Energy/Thermal Engineering stream) with first-class marks in both B.E./B. Tech. and M.E./M. Tech., with valid GATE/NET.

Desirable: A Master Degree in Renewable Energy/Thermal Engineering with relevant knowledge in computational fluid dynamics, Python programming, experimental microfluidics, and renewable energy is preferred.

Salary: Rs. 31000/- per month.
