The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued a recruitment notification for 572 Office Attendant (OA) posts. The selection process includes an Online Competitive Examination and a Language Proficiency Test (LPT). Candidates with a 10th Standard (SSC/Matriculation) qualification are eligible to apply. Pay: ₹24,250/- starting basic + allowances (gross approx. ₹46,029/- per month without HRA).

Qualification for RBI OA Recruitment 2026  


Minimum Education: 10th Standard (SSC/Matriculation) passed.

Not Eligible: Graduates or higher-qualified candidates (must be undergraduate as on 01/01/2026).

Ex-Servicemen: 10th Pass + 15 years of defence service (not graduated outside Armed Forces).

Language Requirement: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the local language of the State/UT for the recruiting office.
