SPCB Sikkim Recruitment 2025 – 79 JSA & Field Assistant Posts

Sikkim Pollution Control Board (SPCB) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 79 vacancies for the positions of Junior Scientific Assistant (JSA) and Field Assistant (FA). Comprehensive details regarding the SPCB Recruitment 2025 are provided below for interested candidates.

SPCB Recruitment Details

1. Junior Scientific Assistant (JSA)

No. of posts: 17 (Seventeen)
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Science (Environmental Science/ Chemistry/Microbiology/Botany/Zoology.
Pay: Rs.26,000/- per month.
Age limit: 21 to 40 years.

2. Field Assistant (FA)

No. of posts: 62 (Sixty-two)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Science from Recognized University.
Pay: Rs.22,000/- per month.
Age limit: 21 to 40 years.

Application Fee

Prescribed application form is available in the office of the undersigned and also uploaded in the Board’s website. Candidate desirous of applying may submit the application and requisite document along with Demand Draft of Rs 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) in the name of Member Secretary, SPCB-Sikkim payable at Deorali.

Selection Process

Selection of the candidate shall be done on the basis of interview to be conducted by an Interview committee. Decision of the Interview committee shall be final and binding.

Procedure to Apply

Eligible interested candidates are required to submit application in the prescribed format along with copies of their testimonials in a sealed envelope, super scribing (APPLICATION FOR THE POSTS OF JSA or FA) to the Member Secretary, State Pollution Control Board-Sikkim, Parviesh Bahwan, Block C, Forest Email: spcbsikkim@gmail.com Secretariat Complex, Deorali, Gangtok, Sikkim. The last date for submission is 22nd March 2025 (1500 hours).
