How to Apply for AYUSH Manipur?
1. Click on Apply Now Button below.
2. Read carefully the instructions before submitting the online application form. If the candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she shall apply in different application forms. The fees will be chargeable for each post separately. Incomplete Application will be summarily rejected. Application fees, once collected, shall not be refunded.
3. There will be three steps for online submission:
a) First step will ask to select post, submit personal and educational information. (Max. Age for General & Others is 38 yrs, for OBC is 41 yrs and for SC/ST is 43 yrs as on 14-02-2024.)
b) Second step will ask to upload passport photo, scan copy of signature, educational, professional and other documents.
c) Third step will ask to pay the application fee and upload the transaction ID and Scan copy or screen shot of transaction completed page. You will get an Application No., save the Application No. for further process such as Admit Card Download, Status Check etc.
4. If the second step is inaccessible after completion of the first step, note down the application no. and date of birth properly as both of them will be required to complete the second step afterwards. You will get the Application no. after the first step is completed. Once submitted, the application form cannot be modified so kindly check/proceed carefully before submitting each and every step.
5. Select the Post Name and fill all the fields.
6. Enter the Details properly.
7. Please pay extra attention especially while filling up Employment Exchange Registration Number, Sponsored Number, Name, Date of Birth, Educational information before pressing "Submit and Continue."
8. Click "Submit and Continue" and Proceed to Upload the photo and documents Section.
9. In document upload page upload photo, signature, class-X passed certificate and marksheet, professional certificate and marksheet, registration certificate for technical person wherever applicable, ST/SC/OBC certificate, Experience Certificate (if any) and Domicile Certificate.
10. Scan and Upload Marksheet and Certificate (All Files should be gif/jpg/jpeg/png/pdf format and less than 250KB in size).
11. Click on "upload" button until all applicable Examination/Course is uploaded.
12. After uploading all required Documents Click on "Submit and Proceed to Third Step for Payment".
13. Give one final Check, tick the Declaration Checkbox and Click on Submit Button.
14. You will be redirected to payment page where you will be asked to make the payment. Choose your desired mode and pay and submit the transaction and scan copy/screen shot of payment transaction.
15. Once payment is completed you will be redirected to final page displaying your Application No. and other Details. Save the Application No. for further process such as Admit Card Download, Status Check etc. You can print the acknowledgement card and a copy of filled up form there.
