Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati, is recruiting a notification for 20 Cluster Development Executive (CDE) and District Coordinator vacancies for the Livelihood Development Project of Tribal Beneficiaries of Assam under Pradhan Mantri Van Dhan Yojana (PMVDY) to be implemented by IIE on a purely contractual basis. IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2023 Details
1. Cluster Development Executive (CDE)
No. of posts: 03 (Three)
Qualification: Graduate Degree from recognized college/university preferably in Social Work/Rural Development, Development Studies& Social Sciences.
Core Experiences: At least 1 years of experience working in Social/Community development project, especially in livelihood development project. Having experience in carrying out activities such as formation of SGHs & its management, conduct capacity building training for SHGs, report writing, conduct survey & data collection etc.
Key Skills: Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems in field level, basic computer skills, collaborative working Style and team – player attitude, with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, and having entrepreneurial zeal to work hard with extra miles and ready for extensive local tour.
Pay: Rs.15,000/-
Age: 22-40 Years
Project Locations: Hojai (1), Charaideo (1) and Sivasagar (1)
2. District Coordinators
No. of posts: 17 (Seventeen)
Qualification: Graduate Degree from recognized college/university preferably in Social Work/Rural Development, Development Studies& Social Sciences.
Core Experiences: At least 2-5 years of experience working in Social/Community development project, especially in livelihood development project. Having experience in carrying out activities such as formation of SGHs & its management, conduct capacity building training for SHGs, report writing, conduct survey & data collection etc.
Key Skills: Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems in field level, basic computer skills, collaborative working Style and team – player attitude, with organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, and having entrepreneurial zeal to work hard with extra miles and ready for extensive local tour.
Pay: Rs. 20,000-22,500/-
