How to Apply?
➧The candidates shall submit the prescribed form along with all supporting documents, duly attested/self-attested, as the case may be in person to the Office of the Director, Sikkim Judicial Academy during working hours. The candidates may also send their form through Registered post/Speed post addressed to the Director, Sikkim Judicial Academy, Sokeythang, Gangtok-737102. Candidates should affix one recent passport size photograph in the application form and attach two recent passport size photographs for admit card. ➧Self-attested copies of supporting documents including, educational qualification, computer qualification, date of birth, work experience (if any) should be submitted along with the application form, failing which the application would be considered incomplete. |

Sikkim Judicial Academy Recruitment 2025: 12 Peon, Mali & Other Posts
Sikkim Judicial Academy (SJA), Sokeythang, Gangtok, has issued an official advertisement announcement for the recruitment of 12 posts of Administrative Officer, Research Fellow, Personal Assistant, Junior Accountant, Assistant, Driver, Peon, Plumber and Mali. Interested and eligible candidates may apply offline here.
1. Administrative Officer: Candidates having minimum educational qualification of a Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with experience in Supervisory or equivalent Department/University/Educational or Research Institution. Preference will be given to Law Graduate. He/She should also have knowledge of Computer.
2. Research Fellow: LLM with 5 years of experience in teaching, and/or experience in research at the Judicial Academy/ National Level Institution/ University Or A Judicial Officer having completed 5 years of service as Judicial Officer.
3. Personal Assistant/Stenographer-III: Graduate from a recognized University having minimum speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in Typing and also possessing a certificate in Computer Science from any recognized Computer Centre. Candidate should communicate in English both in writing as well as speaking.
4. Junior Accountant: Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance or Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy or Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Taxation.
5. Upper Division Clerk/Assistant: Graduate from any recognized University and also possessing a Certificate in Computer Science from any recognized Computer Centre and having knowledge of typewriting at a minimum speed of 40 w.p.m.
6. Driver: Candidates having educational qualification of Class VIII pass from a recognized School/Board and possessing a license in driving light vehicle with minimum experience of 3 years.
7. Peon: Candidates having minimum educational qualification of Class X pass from a recognized School/Board.
8. Plumber: Candidates having minimum educational qualification of Class X pass with a Diploma in plumbing or any equivalent course, obtained from a Government/Government-recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI) and having a National Trade Certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Government of India.
9. Mali: Candidates having minimum educational qualification of Class VIII pass from a recognized School/Board.
