MOSB CAPFs Recruitment Details
1. Super Specialist Medical Officers (SSMOs) - Second in Command
- No. of posts: 05
- Pay scale: Rs.78800-209200/- per month.
- Age limit: Should not be exceeding 50 years.
2. Specialist Medical Officers (SMOs) - Deputy Command
- No. of posts: 176
- Pay scale: Rs.67700-208700/- per month.
- Age limit: Should not be exceeding 40 years.
3. Medical Officers (MOs) - Assistant Command
- No. of posts: 164
- Pay scale: Rs.56100-177500/- per month.
- Age limit: Should not be exceeding 30 years.

Method of Selection: Candidates, whose online applications are found in order, will be issued e-admit card mentioning date, time and venue for ‘Documentation & Interview’ by a designated Board of Officers at the designated centers followed by Physical Standard Tests (PST) and Medical Examination Tests (MET).
Merit List: Medical Officers Selection Board (MOSB) will prepare a merit list on the basis of aggregate marks awarded to each candidate during the interview. The Board will also compile merit list separately for SC/ST, OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates.
Application Fee of MOSB CAPFs
1. Male candidates belonging to General (UR), OBC and EWS category applying for recruitment to the above posts need to pay Rs.400/- as application fee through online payment gateway system.
2. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Schedule Tribes, Ex-Servicemen and Female candidates are exempted from the payment of application fee.
How to Apply for MOSB CAPFs?
(i) Applications from candidates will be accepted through ‘ONLINE MODE’ will be opened w.e.f. 16.10.2024 at 00.01 AM and will be closed on 14.11.2024 at 11.59 PM on ITBP recruitment website.
(ii) Candidates should also ensure to upload clear and legible photo, scanned signature, certificate in support of MBBS or equivalent qualification and specialized qualification issued by the recognized university and registration certificate of MCI/NMC/State Medical Council at the time of filing up their profile details on the website.
(iii) Candidates are advised to check their e-mail from time to time including Spam folder/junk box in their mail box and also ITBP Recruitment website www.recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in.
