1. Post Name: Counselor
# No. of posts: 07 (SC: 02, ST: 04 & UR: 01)
# Qualification: Post Graduate degree/diploma on Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/ Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing; with 1 year experience after PG degree/diploma, of working in field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS.
# Remuneration: Rs. 21,000/-
# Age limit: As per State rule i.e., 40 years with 5 years relaxation for SC/ST/PWD/EX-S.
2. Post Name: Lab Technician
# No. of posts: 05 (SC: 00, ST: 04 & UR: 01)
# Qualification: B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)/BMLS or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/DMLS with the course duration of at least 2 years recognized by State Government/Central Government. Candidates with experience of working in accredited labs or those labs who have applied for accreditation will be preferred.

3. Post Name: Data Manager
# No. of posts: 03 (SC: 00, ST: 03 & UR: 00)
# Essential: Graduate in any discipline with Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications (from a recognized institute or university.
# Desirable: Working experience in data management and working knowledge of health-related Software. Work experience in HIV/AIDS Programme in field settings.
# Experience: Masters in Statistics/Mathematics.
# Remuneration: Rs. 21,000/-

4. Post Name: ANM
# No. of post: 01 (SC: 00, ST: 01 & UR: 00)
# Qualification: (i) HS (+2) stage of its equivalent’s examination passed from a recognized Board. (ii) Trained in ANM/Multi-Purpose Worker (Female)course for not less than 2 years including period of internship from a Govt. recognized institution affiliated by Indian Nursing Council or trained in MPW/ANM Training course from a recognized Institution before 30.05.2015. (iii) Candidates must have registered in Tripura Nursing Council or Tripura State Diploma in Nursing examination board. (iv) Desirable qualification: Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
