Qualification: MCA/B.Tech (CS & IT)/BE (Computer Science)/B.com.
Other desired Skills:
# Knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS, Dashboards and proficient in cost control.
# Good data analytical ability.
# Ability to train junior staff.
Experience:
# Preferably 6-7 years working experience in an organization that entails extensive data analysis and provides recommendations to update current MIS system to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
# Proven work experience in database management and working in MIS portal.

Reporting Line: Dy. Manager MIS/SPD FOCUS, Nagaland
Job Description:
# Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis and provide strong reporting and analytical information.
# Analyse project information to identify process improvements for increasing project efficiency and effectiveness.
# Consolidation of data received from DMUs on a weekly basis and sharing monthly report to the reporting officer.
# Coordinate with district staff of the project for smooth data flow.
# Maintaining, managing and updating/upgrading software and monitor the MIS portal on daily basis.
# Any other task assigned by the reporting officer.
