1. Project Associate (Inclusive Education)
No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
Qualification & Experience:
# M.Ed/B.Ed/MA/BA (Special Education or Inclusive Education) or equivalent.
# At least 7 years of experience in the field of special education and inclusive learning along with intensive experience working within civil society organizations in the state.
# Should have experience in roles of development and implementation of policies, programs, and designing education and curriculum plans to support children with special needs (CwSN).
# Experience of awareness campaigns and knowledge of formal stakeholder management and design thinking tools preferred.
# Working experience and knowledgeable in the education system of Nagaland.
# Previous experience working with Department of School Education, Samagra Shiksha and related agencies is highly desirable.
# Proficient in using MS Office.
# Excellent communication and management skills.
Remuneration: Rs.70,000/- per month
Age as on 01.01.2022: Minimum 21 years & Maximum 40 years.
2. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Consultant
No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
Qualification & Experience:
# Doctorate/Post graduation/MBA preferably in economics, social science and data science.
# At least 15 years of experience with more than 5 years of experience in government and public sector.
# At least 10 years of experience in managing large scale quantitative and qualitative survey-base studies.
# At least 2 years of experience of working either directly or in close coordination with multilateral donor agencies and has a good understanding of the external aided funding process.
# The candidate should have handled one large project on all aspects from concept to implementation stage.
# The candidate should be aware of government processes, procedures, stakeholder management and implementation strategies.
# Strong interpersonal relations, communication, and team-work skills.
