FREMAA Assam Recruitment Details
1. Post Name: Accounts Assistant (AA)
- No. of vacancy: 01 (One)
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Finance from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate with knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0. Knowledge and proficiency in PFMS will be given preference.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in similar work profile in any Govt./Semi Govt. or organisation of repute.
- Skills: Proficiency in Tally, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory. Knowledge of written communication and fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English is required.
- Job Profile: Assist the officers of the Finance Wing in all accounting and financial matters like, keeping records of all files/transactions/Book of Accounts and maintenance of the same in Tally; statutory compliances, Audit, submission of claims to ADB/WB, etc.
- Remuneration: Rs 31,000 per month. TA/DA and other allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms.
- Age: Above 24 years as on 01/01/2023.
2. Post Name: Junior Office Assistant (JOA)
- No. of vacancy: 02 (Two)
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate. MBA/PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in HR Management or its equivalent from a recognized University or an Institute recognized by AICTE is desirable.
- Experience: Candidates with working experience of 3 years in HR/administrative/ establishment works in any Govt./Semi Govt. or organisation of repute is desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory. Knowledge of Tally, written communication and fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English is required.
- Job Profile: Assist the officers and the HR & Admin cell of the PMU.
- Remuneration: Rs 22,500/- per month. TA/DA and other allowances admissible as per FREMAA norms.
- Age: Above 24 years as on 01/01/2023.
