Educational Qualification
Item No. 1: Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Electrical Communication Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering from a statutory university or equivalent degree. Or Post graduate degree in Physics with Electronics/wireless as a special subject from a statutory university.
Item No. 2: (a) Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering. (b) Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Item No. 3: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Item No. 4: (a) Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from a university /board recognised by AICTE. (b) 3(three) years Diploma in Civil Engineering/its equivalent or above from a university/board recognized by AICTE. (c) 3(three) years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / its equivalent or above from a university/board recognized by AICTE.
Item No. 5: (a) B.E (Agri. Engg.) (b) B.E(Civil Engineering) Or 3 (three) years Diploma course in Agri. Engineering/Civil Engineering from a recognized universities. However, Minimum 50% of these posts shall be reserved for persons possessing degree/diploma in Agriculture Engineering.

How to Apply?
OTR (One Time Registration) will be mandatory for filling up of online application for Combined Technical Services Examination (CTSE)-2025 and future online application.
OTR (One Time Registration) will be active from 12:00 noon of 8th April,2025 till 12:00 noon of 8th May,2025. Only those candidates who are eligible to appear CTSE-2025 may register for OTR.
No offline Exam Application Form will be issued from the Commission’s Office. Online Exam Application Form can be submitted at the NPSC portal i.e. npsc.nagaland.gov.in which will be available from 9th April, 2025 12:00 till 12:00 Noon of 9th May, 2025.
