Meghalaya Admission Details
Type of Exam: Common Entrance Examination (CEE)
Admission: B.Sc. Nursing Course
Qualification:
(a) Candidate with Science who have passed the qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together and passed in English individually.
(b) Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government having Science and English only.
(c) English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for applying the CEE for admission to B.Sc. (Nursing).
Other Essential Criteria:
(a) Colour blind candidates are eligible provided that colour corrective contact lens and spectacles are worn by such candidates.
(b) Candidates shall be medically fit.
(c) Married candidates are also eligible for applying.
(d) Reservation for disability – as per INC guidelines
Age: Minimum age for applying will be 17 years as on 31st December 2024. The maximum age limit is 35 years.
Scheme of Exam
1. Syllabus of the Examination as notified by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) for CEE-2024. The Question Paper will be based purely on the given current syllabus:

2. Mode of Examination: The CEE is a Pen & Paper-based Test, to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable OMR sheet using Ball Point Pen. Moreover, tampering with the OMR at any stage will lead to declaration of candidates as unsuccessful.
3. Pattern of the Examination:
(a) The Maximum marks for the Written Examination will be 100 marks.
(b) Questions will be in Multiple Choice Questions.
(c) Each question will carry 1 mark.
(d) There will be NO NEGATIVE MARKING for attempt of questions.
(e) Only one circle should be darkened while attempting a correct answer. If more than 1 circle is darkened for the answer of a question, it will be deemed as incorrect.
(f) Candidates are to use only BLACK BALL POINT PEN for darkening the OMR Sheet.
4. Medium of the Question Papers: The CEE will be in English medium.
5. Centres: There will be two separate Centres for writing the Examination, i.e. at Shillong and Tura.

# Online Application and E-Information Brochure will be made available at manipuruniv.ac.in.
# Online Application may be submitted only at www.manipuruniv.ac.in with an application fee of Rs.300/- for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and Rs.200/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates to be paid online.
# Before filling up of online Application form, applicants should read the Information Brochure and instructions carefully and follow it strictly.
